Gilan Governor Hadi Haghshenas met with Mojtaba Damirchilu, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Azerbaijan, on Monday to discuss the importance of relations between the two nations.

On the eve of the Iranian President's visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Governor of Gilan Province met with Azerbaijani Ambassador to Iran, Ali Ali-zadeh, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations.
