The Russian Consul General in Rasht; at the first Iran-Russia trade development, by focus on provinces of Gilan and Astrakhan, summit in the Anzali Free Zone, pointed to history of relations between Guilan and Russia and available capacities in economic, commercial and cultural fields, and also development of communication routes and use of the capacities of the Caspian Sea as basis for expanding cooperation between Iran and Russia.

According to Baran Press, Sergei Azarov, pointed to history of relations between Gilan province and Russian regions, since 1994, relations between Gilan and Russian provinces have been formed in various section, especially economic and trade cooperation and over the years stable relations have been established between two sides.”

The Russian Consul General in Rasht pointed to trade and economic communications as main factor of cooperation between the two sides and said: “Developing communication routes and Available capacities in the Caspian Sea can provide suitable platform for expanding trade and economic relations between Iran and Russia.”

Sergei Azarov pointed to Available capacities for developing cooperation and connections with Iran’s commercial and economic networks and available of common grounds in various sectors indicate a suitable capacity for better relations between two sides and this capacity should be used to form new cooperation.”

سرکنسول روسیه در رشت بر نقش گیلان در توسعه روابط تجاری ایران و روسیه تأکید کرد

 سرکنسول روسیه در رشت در نخستین اجلاس توسعه تجارت ایران و روسیه با تمرکز بر استان‌های گیلان و آستراخان که در منطقه آزاد انزلی برگزار شد، با اشاره به پیشینه روابط میان گیلان و روسیه و ظرفیت‌های موجود در حوزه‌های اقتصادی، تجاری و فرهنگی، توسعه مسیرهای ارتباطی و بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های دریای خزر را بستری برای گسترش همکاری‌ها میان ایران و روسیه دانست.

به گزارش باران پرس، سرگئی آزاروف، با اشاره به سابقه روابط میان استان گیلان و مناطق مختلف روسیه، خاطرنشان کرد: «از سال ۱۹۹۴، روابط میان گیلان و استان‌های روسیه در بخش‌های گوناگون، به‌ویژه در حوزه‌های همکاری‌های اقتصادی و تجاری شکل گرفته و طی سال‌های متمادی، مناسباتی پایدار میان طرفین برقرار شده است.»

سرکنسول روسیه در رشت، ارتباطات تجاری و اقتصادی را رکن اصلی همکاری‌های دوجانبه دانست و گفت: «توسعه مسیرهای ارتباطی و ظرفیت‌های موجود در دریای خزر می‌تواند بستر مناسبی را برای گسترش روابط تجاری و اقتصادی میان ایران و روسیه فراهم آورد.»

سرگئی آزاروف با اشاره به ظرفیت‌های موجود برای توسعه همکاری‌ها و ارتباط با شبکه‌های تجاری و اقتصادی ایران، افزود: «وجود زمینه‌های مشترک در بخش‌های گوناگون، نشان‌دهنده ظرفیتی مناسب برای ارتقای روابط میان طرفین است و باید از این پتانسیل برای شکل‌دهی به همکاری‌های جدید بهره برد.»
