The spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the proposal from the United States is still being reviewed by Iran.

ISNA – Esmaeil Baghaei told ISNA that the U.S. plan and proposal remain under consideration, and once Iran concludes its assessment, it will convey its views to the Pakistani side.

It is noteworthy that in recent hours, following the failure of the U.S. President’s “Project Freedom,” American media outlets have been attempting to distract from this failure by publishing speculations and fake news in favor of Trump and the United States.

In this context, the American outlet Axios published a report detailing parts of a proposed agreement between the U.S. and Iran. The report included excessive and unrealistic demands that have been strongly rejected by Iranian officials in recent days.

According to reliable information obtained by ISNA’s correspondent, parts of the content published by Axios regarding the Iran-U.S. agreement are merely media speculation and propaganda. What is currently being reviewed by the Iranian negotiating team is solely the “termination of the war,” and the nuclear issue is not being discussed at all during this stage of negotiations.
