The Anzali Free Zone has launched a plan to number temporary entry vehicles using temporary license plates. This initiative aligns with the implementation of macro policies aimed at systematizing vehicle traffic within the country's free trade and industrial zones.

After a six-year hiatus, foreign car imports are once again possible in the Anzali Free Zone. This follows a recent joint resolution by the government and the Majlis, opening the door for new car registrations with Anzali Free Zone license plates.
